Job Summary
Carnival is a leading streetwear brand in Thailand. Beyond apparel, we play a role in shaping contemporary culture across fashion, music, art, and sport. The Art Director is not only responsible for design execution, but for defining how the Carnival brand is visually
expressed and perceived across all touchpoints.
Role Overview
The Art Director will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the overall visual direction of the Carnival brand across all channels, including online, offline, campaigns, collaborations, and retail experiences, including our flagship store.

This role works closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams, as well as external partners, to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence that aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong aesthetic judgment, a deep understanding of streetwear and lifestyle culture, and the ability to translate ideas into clear and compelling visual directions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define, plan, and oversee the overall Art Direction of the Carnival brand, ensuring consistency across all communication channels
2. Develop and present key visual concepts and creative directions for marketing campaigns, product collections, and collaboration projects
3. Maintain and control the quality of all visual outputs from concept development through production (photo/video) to final delivery
4. Lead and manage the Creative team, including Graphic Designers, Content Creators, and Media Team, providing clear direction and constructive feedback
5. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment between brand image and business strategy
6. Establish and evolve visual language and brand identity across different product categories, including Streetwear and Sport / Performance
7. Monitor and analyze trends in fashion, sports, and contemporary culture, applying relevant insights to creative development
8. Oversee the production of creative assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
9. Coordinate with external partners such as production houses, photographers, and stylists to ensure high-quality execution
Qualifications
1. A strong and well-curated portfolio demonstrating excellence in concept development and the ability to translate creative ideas into high-quality execution.
2. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction, or Visual Design, with a proven track record of defining and leading creative direction.
3. In-depth understanding of the fashion industry, streetwear culture, and sport/performance
products, including target consumer behavior.
4. Advanced skills in concept development, visual storytelling, and brand communication.
5. Proven ability to establish and develop brand identity and visual language in alignment with marketing strategies and overall business direction.
6. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Graphic Designers, Photographers, Stylists, and Production teams, along with strong leadership and team management capabilities to delegate, mentor, and ensure high-quality output.
7. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both
internal and external stakeholders, as well as a solid understanding of production processes,
including photography, video, and digital media.
8. Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage timelines,
budgets, and priorities.

Role Overview
The Performance Apparel Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing high-performance apparel that aligns with Carnival’s brand identity and product strategy. This role focuses on creating innovative designs for Running and Golf collections, balancing functionality, comfort, and style to meet the needs of modern athletes and active lifestyles.

The designer works closely with cross-functional teams—including product development, merchandising, and production—to translate creative concepts into commercially viable products. This role also requires a strong understanding of technical fabrics, garment construction, and market trends to ensure each product delivers both performance and visual impact.

Qualifications

This position plays a critical role in accelerating the brand’s growth in the Sport Performance market by balancing product performance with Carnival’s streetwear identity, ensuring a distinctive and sustainable competitive position.The role works closely with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Retail teams, as well as external partners, to develop running-related initiatives, product launches, and brand experiences. The objective is to build a strong running ecosystem and elevate brand awareness among active lifestyle consumers.

The Running Director is responsible for leading and managing the overall direction of the Running / Sport Performance category in a structured and strategic manner, covering business strategy, product development, brand communication, and customer experience across all channels.

This role oversees category planning and execution, including category strategy development, product selection and development, market positioning, brand communication, and customer experience design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.

In addition, the role plays a key part in building and developing the running community and run clubs, strengthening long-term relationships with consumers.

The role also contributes to strengthening the brand’s connection with the running community and active lifestyle consumers.
Role Overview
The Running Specialist serves as a Personal Consultant (PC) specializing in running products, responsible for understanding customer needs, including running level, goals, usage and translating them into effective product recommendations and sales.

This role plays a key part in delivering a consistent in-store customer experience, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting visual merchandising. The position also collaborates with retail and cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback for product and brand development.

In addition, the Running Specialist supports community-related initiatives such as running events, community activities, and brand activations, contributing to the brand’s presence within the sport and performance segment.
Responsibilities
1. Analyze customer needs and provide professional consultation while executing the full sales process (greeting, selling, and closing).
2. Deliver an engaging in-store customer experience through strong product knowledge in running and sport performance. Achieve individual and store sales targets (KPI).
3. Support merchandising activities and product launches within the running category.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure overall store presentation.
5. Assist with store operations, including stock replenishment, product organization, and other daily tasks.
6. Participate in and support running events, community activities, and brand activations.
7. Collect and report customer feedback, as well as market and product insights, to support business improvement.
8. Continuously update knowledge of products, technologies, and trends within the running category.
9. Contribute to overall team performance and store objectives.
Qualifications
1. 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or related fields (experience in running or sport products is an advantage).
2. Strong interest in or knowledge of running and sport performance products.
Good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset (service mind).
3. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to confidently engage and advise customers.
4. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products effectively.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with retail store hours. Proactive, responsible, and positive attitude toward work.
